Richard Casino works out your exposure on your phone and keeps every frame you log there. It has no account, no sign-in, and nothing to log in to. This page explains, plainly, what that means for your information.

What the app uses
Richard Casino may use a device identifier and your saved preferences on the device to provide basic app functionality — remembering your default scene, your usual filters, your chosen notation, and where you left off. That is the whole of it.
You are never asked for a name, an email address, a phone number, your contacts, your photographs, or your position. The app has no field in which to enter them, and it does not read the pictures you take.
How it is used
The identifier and preferences described above exist for one purpose: to make the app behave the way you set it up. They keep your desk, your saved setups, and your frame history consistent between one session and the next.
Nothing you do in Richard Casino is used to profile you, score you, or build a picture of who you are. There is no advertising in the app and no measurement of your behaviour for anyone's benefit.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties. When you tap share on a frame, your own operating system's share sheet opens and you choose where the text goes — a message, a note, a group chat. That handoff is yours to make, and only the frame card you picked travels with it.
Storage and retention
Your shots, saved setups, shooter name, badges, and settings are written to ordinary local app storage on your device. They stay for as long as the app is installed, because that is where they are kept.
You can clear your frame history or delete saved setups from inside the app at any time. Removing the app removes everything it stored along with it.
Your rights and choices
Because everything sits on your own device, you hold it directly. Clear the history from the Log screen, delete setups from the Bag screen, change your display name on the Record screen, or uninstall the app to erase the lot in one step.
There is no copy of your frames anywhere else, so there is nothing further to request, correct, or have deleted.
Children's privacy
Richard Casino is suitable for all ages. It gathers no personal information from anyone, children included, and contains no chat, no user-to-user content, and no purchases. If you are a parent or guardian, there is nothing held about your child for you to review or remove.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is revised, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Meaningful changes will also be noted in the app's release notes, so an update never quietly alters what is written here.
